Requirements

• Two+ years of previous relationship development or sales experience.
• Sales, specifically a history of high sales goals, met consistently.
• Ability to navigate full Office 365 suite.
• High school or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drives new membership growth by proactively engaging with businesses and community partners to introduce Cyprus Credit Union's products and services.
• Collaborates closely with branch managers and staff to strengthen relationships and ensure seamless onboarding of new members.
• Independently plans, organizes, and prioritizes daily activities to maximize results.
• Leads community and networking initiatives designed to attract new members and deepen existing partnerships.
• Represents Cyprus with professionalism and enthusiasm at community events, business meetings, and outreach opportunities to enhance visibility and strengthen our brand presence.
• Manages and maintains a comprehensive database of business contacts, partner organizations, and prospective members.
• Accurately tracks outreach efforts, monitors progress toward goals, and provides timely reports and insights to leadership.
• Serves as a trusted liaison for members and internal teams by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring an exceptional service experience in every interaction.
• Contributes to organizational initiatives and special projects that support Cyprus Credit Union's mission of fostering financial well-being and community connection.
