As a Relationship Business Banking Specialist within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Denver, CO at the MLK and Central branch. Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred. This role involves acquiring and expanding share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue. The specialist achieves business results through leadership and productive collaboration with a wide range of ecosystem partners. Key aspects include proactive lead generation, conducting appointments inside and outside the branch, and delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. The role also involves managing and growing Business Banking relationships, translating client information into actionable sales strategies, generating quality referrals, and developing ecosystem leadership as a COI. The specialist will work across various partners like PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage, identifying and introducing clients to appropriate resources. A strong focus is placed on client experience and hospitality management, delivering tailored solutions for clients' holistic needs (deposits, lending, cash management, payments, investing), and solving problems with urgency. The specialist acts as a client advocate, identifies trends, and works with the branch team to generate referrals. They also perform lobby engagement activities, educate clients on technology for financial transactions, and apply product knowledge to solve customer problems, all while managing risk through policy adherence and sound judgment. Participation in branch daily operations is also required.
