About the position

This position is for Richland or Westmont. The role involves attracting, advising, and serving existing and prospective customers by engaging in in-depth conversations, both in person and by phone, utilizing the C.A.R.E model to help customers work toward and achieve financial wellness. The position requires providing extraordinary service to customers, resulting in a full pipeline of referral opportunities, and responding directly and immediately to customer requests or needs. The employee will develop a top customer calling list and complete High Touch Calls by analyzing current customer relationships and proactively contacting them with recommendations to help them achieve financial success. Additionally, the role involves listening, assessing, and solving customer problems, as well as completing IQ Lead calls daily to retain existing business and bring in new business.

Responsibilities

  • Attracts, advises, and serves existing and prospective customers.
  • Engages in in-depth conversations with customers using the C.A.R.E model.
  • Provides extraordinary service to customers resulting in a full pipeline of referral opportunities.
  • Responds directly and immediately to customer requests or needs.
  • Develops a top customer calling list.
  • Completes High Touch Calls to help customers achieve financial success.
  • Listens, assesses, and solves customer problems.
  • Completes IQ Lead calls daily.
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of products and services.
  • Collaborates with internal business partners to provide a full range of financial solutions.
  • Processes a wide array of transactions including opening new accounts and completing teller transactions.
  • Provides solutions to customers' needs in Electronic Banking.
  • Provides administrative support to the PBO/Supervisor and team.
  • Assists with the accumulation and completion of various reports and logs.
  • Prepares correspondence, filing, and other clerical duties.
  • Contacts overdraft and delinquent customers.
  • Completes file maintenance on customer accounts.
  • Requisitions office supplies and loan documents.
  • Maintains Scanner and ATM.
  • Balances Vault, Cash Advance Machine, and ATM daily.
  • Transfers cash to and from the vault.
  • Performs check cashing overrides when necessary.
  • Opens and closes the branch in the absence of the PBO/Supervisor.
  • Participates in departmental meetings to develop and evaluate goals and objectives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
