About The Position

The position involves attracting, advising, and serving existing and prospective customers through in-depth conversations and extraordinary service. The role requires developing a top customer calling list, completing high touch calls, and providing solutions to customer needs. The candidate will also be responsible for processing a wide array of transactions, providing administrative support, and adhering to security procedures. Participation in departmental meetings and achieving long- and short-term goals is essential.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Engage in in-depth conversations with customers using the C.A.R.E model to promote financial wellness.
  • Provide extraordinary service to customers to generate referral opportunities.
  • Respond directly and immediately to customer requests or needs.
  • Develop a top customer calling list.
  • Complete High Touch Calls to analyze and enhance customer relationships.
  • Listen, assess, and solve customer problems.
  • Conduct daily IQ Lead calls to retain existing business and attract new business.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of products and services to support customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Process a variety of transactions including opening new accounts and handling teller transactions.
  • Provide technical support for Electronic Banking.
  • Assist the PBO/Supervisor with administrative tasks and departmental goals.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss departmental objectives and progress.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
