About The Position

The Relationship Banking Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient processing of transactions and related services. This role involves identifying sales opportunities and providing support for consumer deposit account openings, either in person or over the phone.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and opportunities through conversation.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer relations skills, including problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process routine transactions and associated customer and account servicing duties with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Engage in referral and relationship management in accordance with established objectives and goals.
• Identify customer opportunities through interactive conversations to assess and address their needs.
• Provide services to customers, including basic deposit account opening and referrals to appropriate business partners.
• Conduct sales and service calls to existing and potential customers to meet their needs and prospect new sales leads.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints while ensuring fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in community events that support the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).
• Perform other assigned duties as required.
