The role needs to have strong expertise in personal and consumer banking products and services, including checking and savings accounts. A comprehensive understanding of small business banking requirements is also essential. The Relationship Banker supports all branch functions, including teller services, loan processing and cross-functional collaboration, all while representing TexasBank with professionalism, integrity and a service-first mindset.
