Apply today to enjoy these benefits and more! Position Summary The Relationship Banker is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing a variety of banking functions. This role combines teller and personal banker responsibilities to provide a seamless customer experience. The Senior Relationship Banker builds relationships with customers, identifies financial needs, and recommends appropriate products and services.

  • Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Open new deposit accounts and related services and assist customers with account maintenance.
  • Educate customers on digital banking tools and services.
  • Support FGB sponsored Financial Foundations efforts to promote financial education in the communities we serve.
  • Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate banking solutions.
  • Maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Support branch sales goals through proactive customer engagement.
  • Assist with branch operations and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to BSA/AML policy and all other bank policies.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
  • 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • 6 months of cash handling experience required.
  • Previous banking strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
