Join Our Team as a Relationship Banker! Waukesha State Bank is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Relationship Banker to join our Pewaukee Team and help lead the customer experience. In this dynamic, full-time role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers-opening new accounts, managing consumer loans, and uncovering opportunities to recommend tailored banking solutions. You'll play a key role in driving sales performance, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the professionalism and personal touch our community bank is known for. As a mentor to the New Account Team, you'll model accuracy, organization, and customer-first service while providing coaching and guidance to help others grow. You'll also manage monthly sales reporting, lead team sales meetings, and ensure adherence to bank policies and audit controls. Ideal candidates will bring prior banking or supervisory experience, a passion for helping others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
