Your Role: As a Member Service Representative (Personal/Relationship/Universal Banker), you'll be the face of our credit union, providing a range of services that go beyond basic transactions.

Requirements

  • Experience: Within a banking or credit union environment, 2+ years recent of teller and opening new accounts experience is required.
  • Sales & Communication Skills: 2+ years experience cross-selling and referring financial products and services effectively. Ability to write and speak in an approachable yet professional manner.
  • Technology: Ability to understand and use various systems and software.
  • Availability: Must be available Monday through Saturday, with schedules varying between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM on weekdays and 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Handle teller transactions, open new accounts, refer consumer loan applications, and other services with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.
  • Cross-sell products and services, helping members discover solutions that meet their financial needs.
  • Resolve any issues with a consultative approach that builds trust and long-term relationships.
