About The Position

The New Washington State Bank is looking for detail oriented, organized, and customer focused individuals to join our Team! We currently have a Full-Time Relationship Banker Position available at our MEDORA INDIANA Branch. Primary Job Duties The primary duties and responsibilities of this full-time position include but are not limited to: Promoting good customer relations by consistently providing excellent customer service Processing transactions such as checking and savings deposits/withdrawals, loan payments, night drops, cash advances, etc. Issuing personal money orders and cashier’s checks Answering customer inquires Performing daily responsibilities to maintain the efficient operations of the branch New Washington State Bank is not just a place to deposit money and obtain loans, but an integral part of the communities in which we serve. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and internet applications
Ability to learn and effectively use software tools
1 year of prior Customer Service experience (preferably as a Teller)
