About The Position

BSNB is seeking a Relationship Banker to provide excellent service to customers and identify products and solutions to meet their financial needs for BSNB's branches in the Capital District. This role involves providing service to customers completing deposit and loan transactions, handling cash, and performing other service-related functions. The Relationship Banker II will be responsible for identifying customer needs and offering appropriate product and service solutions. The position may require working at various branch locations.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree
• Prior experience in a sales and/or service oriented environment
• Prior cash handling experience
• One to three years' experience in a customer-focused setting
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred
• Banking experience preferred
