We are looking for a Relationship Banker in Pasadena, CA .

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree and 2 years commercial lending and bank sales experience.
  • Limited use and/or application of basic lending principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of bank products and commercial lending techniques and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage credit expertise to assess client need, identify commercial lending opportunities, structure tailored financials solution that drive portfolio growth.
  • Develop and expand client relationships through proactive outreach, in-person visits, and community engagement to achieve sales goals and deepen market presence.
  • Lender responsible for acquiring, analyzing and maintaining lending client relationships.
  • Provides suitable credit, deposit or other banking services as well as counsel and advice to best meet clients' needs.
  • Analyzes risks and profitability of assigned client base to ensure ongoing profitability and conformity with credit terms.
  • Solicits the sale of additional products and services to best meet clients' needs.
  • Develops and implements marketing plans for expanding business.
  • May be assigned specialized industry or market segments.
