About The Position

First National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to join our team in South Boston, VA! The Relationship Banker is an essential member of the Retail branch team, making a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers and communities. The Relationship Banker is a sales oriented role that will develop profitable new business along with providing ongoing customer service to existing relationships. This includes, but is not limited to: Presenting traditional and non-traditional bank products and services to customers and prospective customers, taking loan applications and referring larger credit opportunities, and expanding account relationships by referring customers to other bank products and services.
