About The Position

The Relationship Banker at Old National Bank is responsible for developing and nurturing long-term client relationships by providing personalized financial solutions and advice. This role focuses on retaining and deepening existing client relationships through cross-selling and establishing new banking relationships, while also engaging in community outreach. Relationship Bankers are expected to educate clients on digital solutions, resolve servicing issues, and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum one year relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience (banking industry a plus).
• Eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) or currently NMLS registered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow client and prospective client relationships.
• Consult with clients to uncover needs and advise on product and service alternatives.
• Cross-sell products and services and refer to business product partners.
• Maintain contact with the client base through proactive touch points.
• Market a full range of consumer and small business banking services.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services to fulfill client needs.
• Proactively resolve customer maintenance and client service problems.
• Educate clients on emerging technology and digital solutions.
• Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with regulations.
