About The Position
As a Relationship Banker at Chase, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our retail branch customers. Your passion for helping customers will be evident as you take ownership of your career development through various cross-training opportunities. In this position, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful relationships with customers, utilizing your financial knowledge to provide thoughtful solutions that address their financial needs. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the success of the branch, as you work to make customers' lives easier by introducing them to self-service options that allow them to access their accounts 24/7. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by adopting a customer-first attitude. You will manage assigned customers proactively, meeting with them both in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships, discover their financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations accordingly. Your ability to make personal connections will be crucial, as you engage and educate customers, ask open-ended questions, and listen actively to establish trust. You will also influence and educate customers about technology, ensuring they are aware of the various tools available to them. Your role will require you to possess the initiative and knowledge to provide financial options for customers using a consultative approach. You will need to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately, delivering solutions that integrate our One Chase products effectively. Collaboration will be key, as you will work in partnership with specialists such as Financial Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect customers with experts who can assist with specialized financial needs.
