About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions
• Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and electronically
• Proficient computer skills, including typing and attention to detail
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Branch Manager to guide and direct all branch activities.
• Achieve branch targets and goals by proactively identifying customer needs and providing expert guidance on Regions' solutions.
• Conduct outbound phone calls to expand customer relationships and acquire new clients.
• Collaborate with branch leadership on new business development opportunities and promote financial wellness in the community.
• Provide consistent coaching to junior bankers to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Educate customers on Regions' Consumer and Business products and services, including loans and deposits.
• Inform customers about emerging technology and digital banking solutions.
• Ensure an optimal customer experience by managing customer interactions and transactions.
• Oversee branch operational and compliance tasks, ensuring adherence to procedures and regulations.
• Resolve escalated issues in the absence of the Branch Manager, including team scheduling and associate counseling.
