About The Position

The Relationship Banker - Team Lead at Regions Bank is responsible for engaging with customers to assess their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Two (2) years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Ability to use a computer frequently
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree
• Supervisory/management experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Branch Manager to guide and direct all branch activities
• Achieve branch targets and goals by proactively identifying customer needs and providing expert level guidance
• Conduct outbound phone calls to expand existing customer relationships and acquire new ones
• Collaborate with branch leadership on new business development opportunities
• Provide consistent coaching to junior bankers to strengthen their product knowledge
• Educate customers on Regions' Consumer and Business products and services
• Advise customers on emerging technology and digital solutions
• Ensure a consistent optimal customer experience
• Oversee branch operational and compliance-related tasks
• Resolve escalated issues in the Branch Manager's absence
• Refer customers to internal experts for additional financial needs
• Follow all bank processes and procedures and adhere to applicable laws and regulations
