Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including meeting financial responsibility and background standards.
  • Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
  • Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs, including locale changes.
  • Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an industry-leading client service experience through the development and expansion of client relationships.
  • Exercise advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and problem resolution.
  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services.
  • Support team sales processes by conducting consultative conversations and referring complex client needs to specialists.
  • Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
  • Advance knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training and meetings.
  • Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
  • Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
  • Ensure a consistent client service experience by engaging clients courteously and assisting them with transactions.
