About The Position

As a Relationship Banker at Chase's Rockridge Branch in Oakland, CA, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients. This position involves managing customer accounts, providing financial solutions, and facilitating access to banking services. You will be the face of Chase, responsible for enhancing customer experiences and contributing to the branch's success through proactive engagement and financial education.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Retail banking sales, Financial services sales, Consultative relationship sales role in a related industry, with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening customer relationships and delivering results
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Beginning October 1, 2018, the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required), and Life licenses are required. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses within 180 days of hire
• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meets internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products/services to customers with differing needs
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
