About The Position

The Relationship Banker at TD Premier is a vital role focused on managing and supporting the banking needs of mass affluent customers. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional service, growing customer relationships, and providing tailored financial advice. The banker acts as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their banking needs are met while collaborating with internal specialists to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of financial or banking experience required.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification required and must be maintained.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Experience with retail and small business banking, particularly with mass affluent clients.
• Consultative sales experience is required.

• Experience interacting with high net worth clients.
• Knowledge of loan products and application processes.

Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen, and retain relationships with mass affluent clients through proactive engagement.
• Provide high-level advice and manage a complex client portfolio.
• Conduct needs-based conversations with customers to analyze financial information and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Engage in customer outreach via phone, email, and other means to discuss additional opportunities.
• Collaborate with Wealth Financial Advisors to identify areas for deepening banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and policies.
• Provide coaching and feedback to retail staff on effective product referrals.
• Implement TD's Customer Identification Program (CIP) and perform due diligence as required.
