About The Position

The Relationship Banker plays a crucial role in the Retail division, focusing on delivering personalized financial strategies to clients. This position aims to grow client assets, retain existing clients, and acquire new ones by providing outstanding service and tailored sales solutions to meet financial needs and goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business Management, Finance, or a related field (Preferred).
• 3+ years of experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment (Required).
• 6 months of cash handling experience (Required).

• Experience in consultative sales and customer relationship management.
• Strong financial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers in the lobby to assist, educate, and train on self-service technologies.
• Attends and actively participates in weekly partnership meetings and joint calls with Branch partners.
• Increases profitability by sourcing new customers through various methods including outbound calling and referrals.
• Uses the Explore process to acquire and deepen existing relationships.
• Creates customized solutions for clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Ensures clients are connected to the appropriate partners for their financial needs, driving overall revenue growth.
• Proactively manages risk in all business transactions.
