About The Position

The Relationship Banker at TD Bank is responsible for managing a complex portfolio of mass affluent customers, providing high-level banking advice and services. The banker acts as a primary contact for clients, ensuring their banking needs are met while collaborating with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of financial or banking experience required.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification required.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Experience with retail and small business banking, particularly with mass affluent clients.
• Consultative sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Wealth Financial Advisors to provide holistic support to clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and policies.
• Provide coaching to retail staff on effective product referrals for mass affluent customers.
