The Relationship Banker III plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong banking relationships with both consumer and business clients. This individual is responsible for deepening client engagement through tailored financial solutions, including deposit services and credit products. The Relationship Banker III serves as a trusted advisor and takes initiative in outreach and networking efforts to expand the bank’s presence in the community, as well as a background in cash handling, operations, sales and client service. This person may also be relied upon to train other entry level bankers. This position is based in Longmont and will be covering Boulder from time to time.
