The Relationship Banker (RB) role is responsible for building, expanding, and retaining client relationships while providing an exceptional client experience. RBs offer expert financial solutions by assessing client needs and recommending bank products and services to help achieve financial goals. They market Simmons solutions through daily interactions, outbound calling, business visits, networking events, and periodic 'At Work' events, with the expectation of meeting or exceeding individual and branch goals. Relationship Bankers also assist clients with account service, maintenance requests, teller transactions, and problem resolution, acting as professional and positive Simmons Ambassadors. All Relationship Banker positions receive comprehensive training on products, services, needs-based conversations, and other necessary tools.
