Relationship Bankers are responsible for identifying customer needs and matching them with the appropriate bank products and services to enhance a current or prospective customer's satisfaction, loyalty, and financial well-being. Utilizing proactive sales/service efforts coupled with the recognition of referral opportunities, Relationship Bankers will deepen customer relationships while also processing a variety of cash and non-cash transactions. Floaters will travel between assigned branch locations.
