As a Relationship Banker I, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, demonstrating effective communication skills to motivate and respond to client needs, and meticulously handling detailed work efficiently within established guidelines. The position involves delivering exceptional client service to a diverse clientele, developing relationships with business partners, and introducing clients to new products, services, and digital solutions using modern technology like tablets, smartphones, and laptops. You will also be expected to possess strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options, provide a broad range of financial and credit services, assist other departments as needed, and build strong rapport with both clients and fellow associates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience
  • 6+ Months of demonstrated successful sales experience
  • Bilingual language skills
  • Passionate and motivated self-starter
  • A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank
  • Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
  • Ability to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages

  • Work with others by building and maintaining relationships

  • Meet and provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience
  • Develop relationships with business partners and clients
  • Introduce clients to new products, services and digital solutions, utilizing the latest technology of tablets, smart phones and laptops
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options
  • Provide a broad base of financial and credit services
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, while treating others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position
