As a Relationship Banker I, you will build and maintain relationships, communicate effectively, and handle detailed work efficiently within established guidelines. The role involves providing exceptional client service, developing relationships with business partners and clients, and introducing new products, services, and digital solutions using modern technology like tablets, smartphones, and laptops. You will also be responsible for demonstrating knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options, providing financial and credit services, assisting other departments, and fostering a respectful rapport with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience
  • 6+ Months of demonstrated successful sales experience
  • Bilingual language skills
  • Passionate and motivated self-starter
  • A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank
  • Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
  • Ability to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages

  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options
  • Provide a broad base of financial and credit services
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates
  • Treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position
