Responsibilities

• Manage large sums of currency with accuracy.
• Receive cash and checks for deposits, verify amounts, and enter transactions into the bank's computer system.
• Examine identification and determine validity.
• Process large commercial deposits and savings withdrawals, verifying identification and payment amounts.
• Identify counterfeit currency and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Assist in opening and closing the bank, following established security procedures.
• Balance cash drawer daily and research any discrepancies.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account histories.
