About The Position

The Relationship Banker I - Floater position is based out of the 7324 Rogers Avenue branch in Fort Smith, AR, and will support multiple locations in the area. This role involves building, expanding, and retaining client relationships while providing exceptional customer service. Relationship Bankers will assess clients' financial needs and offer solutions through bank products and services to help them achieve their financial goals. They will engage in marketing efforts, outbound calling, business visits, and networking events to promote Simmons Bank's offerings. The position requires achieving individual and branch goals, assisting clients with account services, and maintaining a professional demeanor as a Simmons Ambassador.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of customer-facing and goal-oriented experience.
• Ability to motivate and present information effectively.
• Team-centric approach to customer service.
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required after employment.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Understanding of social media platforms for brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Share and recommend the bank's full scope of resources with customers, including traditional in-branch services and digital capabilities.
• Meet individual goals through in-person and outbound calling activities.
• Open and close accounts, assist customers with account selection, and comply with BSA and CIP requirements.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and maintain knowledge of loan policies and procedures.
• Uncover customer needs and refer them to partner teams for additional services.
• Maintain high client satisfaction by ensuring an optimal customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Process customer requests and transactions accurately and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
