About The Position
Relationship Bankers are responsible for identifying customer needs and matching them with the appropriate bank products and services to enhance a current or prospective customer's satisfaction, loyalty, and financial well-being. Utilizing proactive sales/service efforts coupled with the recognition of referral opportunities, Relationship Bankers will deepen customer relationships while also processing a variety of cash and non-cash transactions. (Duties may vary from branch to branch) Relationship Banker I - Floaters will travel between assigned branch locations for a period up to six months following hire date and will be encouraged to apply for open positions in the interim.
