Requirements

  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong focus on results and client interests.
  • Effective communication skills and confidence in engaging clients.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.

Responsibilities

  • Act in the best interest of the client while delivering results.
  • Collaborate effectively to build and nurture strong relationships.
  • Deliver an experience that improves clients' financial lives.
  • Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
  • Educate clients on conducting simple banking transactions through self-service technologies.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines to adhere to laws and regulations.
  • Manage time and capacity efficiently.
  • Be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
