About The Position

As a Relationship Banker at Chase, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients. This position involves managing customer accounts, providing financial solutions, and ensuring a seamless banking experience. You will be the face of Chase in the retail branch, responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining customer relationships while promoting self-service options for account access.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Retail banking sales, Financial services sales, Consultative relationship sales role in a related industry, with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening customer relationships and delivering results
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Beginning October 1, 2018, the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required), and Life licenses are required. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses within 180 days of hire
• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meets internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products/services to customers with differing needs
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

• Works in partnership with Specialists (Financial Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs
