About The Position
As a Relationship Banker at Chase, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our retail branch customers. Your passion for helping customers will be evident as you engage with them, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their banking experience. You will take ownership of your career development through various cross-training opportunities, allowing you to grow within the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing assigned customers, proactively meeting with them both in person and over the phone, and utilizing your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address their needs. You will also be responsible for educating customers about self-service options, ensuring they can access their accounts 24/7. In this role, you will be expected to deliver an exceptional customer experience by adopting a customer-first attitude. You will engage with customers to build trust and establish lasting relationships, using open-ended questions and active listening to uncover their financial needs. Your ability to influence and educate customers about technology will be crucial, as you will connect them to the right resources and specialists within the bank. You will need to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately, ensuring that you can deliver solutions that integrate Chase's offerings effectively. Collaboration with specialists such as Financial Advisors and Mortgage Bankers will be essential to meet the diverse financial needs of customers. To succeed in this position, you will need to operate within established risk parameters and comply with internal and external regulations. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be tailoring product features and benefits to meet the varying needs of customers. You will also need to be flexible with your working hours, including weekends and some evenings, to accommodate customer needs.
