About The Position

The Relationship Banker at Bank of America is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby, educating them on self-service banking resources, and assisting with transactions. This role focuses on building relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and connecting them to appropriate solutions.   • One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

  • Engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources.
  • Processes cash transactions accurately and efficiently as needed.
  • Builds relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
  • Follows established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Grows business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drives the client experience.
