About The Position

Kish is hiring a full-time Relationship Banker I to support our evolving market in Blair County. A Relationship Banker provides consultative, relationship-based service to meet client financial needs through in-branch, digital, and mobile channels. Opens and maintains consumer accounts, processes transactions with accuracy, promotes digital banking tools, and identifies opportunities to deepen client relationships through referrals and cross-selling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years of banking experience, preferably in a client-facing role
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools
• Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly, and responsive service to all clients
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Resolve client needs within agreed-upon timeframes
• Answer incoming calls within three rings
• Open, service, and maintain consumer checking, savings, and time deposit accounts
• Complete account maintenance including ownership changes, renewals, and closings
• Ensure required documentation is collected and exceptions are resolved within established timelines
• Identify client needs using a consultative approach
• Submit a minimum of five referrals per quarter to appropriate business units
• Participate in outbound calling efforts, including maturing CD outreach
• Work assigned referrals within 48 hours and schedule account review appointments as needed
• Process daily transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and general ledger transactions
• Maintain balancing standards and acceptable outage limits
• Balance and maintain assigned cash drawers and equipment (vault, ATM, TCR, coin machine)
• Promote and demonstrate digital banking tools, including online, mobile, debit card/ATM, and video banking
• Provide service through multiple delivery channels as assigned
• Comply with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Adhere to Clean Desk, Privacy, BSA, and CIP policies
• Obtain required approvals for transactions outside established authority
• Perform other related duties as assigned
