About The Position

PLEASE NOTE: This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position for Roving Relationship Banker. Rovers travel to Branches in Ukiah, Hopland, Lakeport, Redwood Valley, Willits, Laytonville and occasionally Mendocino and Fort Bragg. This position requires a reliable vehicle for travel. Transportation is not provided. Rovers are reimbursed for mileage and compensated for travel time. There are three (3) openings, including opportunities for immediate placement in our Lakeport and Mendocino Branches. LEVEL ONE Job Title: Relationship Banker 1 Department: Retail Banking Reports To: Retail Banking Administrator FLSA Status: Non-exempt, hourly Salary Grade: 13 Starting Range: $20.13 - $24.86 DOE Our starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity. All Relationship Bankers must successfully complete Relationship Banker training upon hire. The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of customer service and six months of cash-handling experience. Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• One year of experience in customer service
• 6 months of experience with cash-handling
• Windows-based computers
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• One year of experience in a Relationship Banker or equivalent position at a financial institution, including New Accounts.
• Windows-based computers, including Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Provides a positive customer service experience in harmony with our Customer Service Standards.
• Adheres to the Banks Principles & Professional Standards.
• Proactively engages and educates customers on our full range of products and services based on their individual needs, utilizing our relationship building techniques (ENGAGE).
• Provides referrals to designated specialists in Lending, Merchant Services, and Investments.
• Performs all types of routine banking transactions, including basic new accounts.
• Maintains a strong understanding of products, services, technology, and operational procedures.
• Builds relationships with customers by conducting service calls, offering promotions, etc.
• Serves as back-up coverage at other Branches (including Video Banking as applicable).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Performs all duties of a Relationship Banker 1 accurately, efficiently, and independently.
• Performs a wide range of banking transactions, including new accounts, with limited supervision.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of products, services, technology, and operational procedures.
• Enhances relationships with customers by conducting service calls, recommending products, offering promotions, etc.
• Mentors and shares knowledge with coworkers within the scope of the position.
