About The Position

The Relationship Architect at Flavorman is a vital role within the Relationship Management Team, focusing on building and managing corporate relationships with both new and existing customers. Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience with references.

  • Experience with CRM systems is required.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and Batch Metrics is preferred.

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet guidelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the beverage industry is preferred but not necessary.
  • University/college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively build relationships with customers through active listening and problem-solving.
  • Communicate professionally both internally and externally in a succinct and timely manner.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues to maintain beverage development and order processing.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding shipping statuses and information requests.
  • Anticipate and analyze customer needs, relaying this information to the Flavorman team.
  • Process incoming orders and communicate shipping status.
  • Record and archive all customer interactions in Flavorman's CRM, maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Interact daily with management, lab team, and production team to understand customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and customer resources as necessary.
  • Implement the Flavorman customer relations program, including mailings and educational outreach.
  • Coordinate with the Lab Team for customer lab day visits, including logistics and tastings.
  • Facilitate project completion and update customers on various program statuses.
  • Educate customers on the Flavorman timeline and their current order status.
  • Provide weekly production status updates for specific order requests.
  • Facilitate project handoff between Lab Team and Production Team, ensuring timelines are communicated.
  • Work with customers to coordinate production timelines and communicate with the Flavorman team.
