About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for providing the highest quality service to personal, corporate, non-profit or government clients through the administration of various types of trust and investment management relationships and serves as the client advocate, performs relationship and investment reviews and interfaces with clients for other Wealth Management (WM) services and solutions creating a single advisor within WM. The incumbent is the primary point of contact for assigned clients and is responsible for the overall client experience, satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • BA or BS
  • 7 years of job related experience
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
  • MS Word - Basic Level
  • MS Excel - Intermediate Level
  • MS PowerPoint - Basic Level
  • Experience in financial services and investment products and services.
  • CFP, CTFA or CWS
  • Frequent driving (car, van, truck)

Responsibilities

  • Generates results and focuses on increasing and retaining assets, maintains a book of Tier A and B clients, contacts existing clients to maintain and improve account relationships by offering further financial planning by leveraging the Wealth Strategist and continually reviews and proactively manages client needs and objectives.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities either through enhancement of current client accounts or acquisition of new clients.
  • Demonstrates in depth knowledge of all WM products, positions and differentiates WM products and services against competitors and can also position and differentiate the corporation's products and services against competitors. Fully articulates product offerings and refers to appropriate channels.
  • Actively participates in community and corporate events while developing relationships with COI's and Internal Business Partners.
  • Adopts, advocates and effectively practices the guiding principles and tenets of the F.N.B. Wealth Management endorsed Leadership Doctrine and Best Practices Coaching guidelines.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
