About The Position

Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time Reimbursement RCM Outsource Operations Lead working from our Friendswood, TX office location, with a start date of February 9, 2026. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Reimbursement RCM Outsource Operations Lead Oversees work assigned to the outsource team by monitoring assigned work and working with outsource leadership to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. The Team Lead serves as the main escalation point-researching issues, answering questions, creating operating procedures, and partnering with Castle and outsource leadership to resolve complex scenarios and provide direction on how tasks are to be handled. The role also includes auditing completed work to ensure quality and identifying any trends or opportunities for improvement. The Team Lead is responsible for preparing and distributing status reports to keep leadership informed of progress, performance, and outstanding issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field, required and/or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 3+ years of revenue cycle leadership experience with a strong focus on payer follow‑up.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or supporting outsourced vendors in a healthcare billing environment.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer policies).
  • Typing speed of 35 or more words per minute, with 90% or greater accuracy.
