About The Position

The Reimbursement Advantage Advisor at McKesson is responsible for engaging with current customers to enhance their understanding of the benefits available through the McKesson Reimbursement Advantage program. This role involves making outbound calls to provide insights into benefits realized and opportunities missed, as well as handling inbound inquiries to resolve issues and provide consultative support. The position emphasizes excellent communication and customer service skills, aiming to improve customer satisfaction and program utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or outbound calling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to effectively communicate product, pricing, and procedural information to customers through both written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and business skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry products, trends, and processes.
• Experience in pharmacy operation (claims adjudication) and/or managed care.
• Experience/exposure to Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to existing MRA customers to provide an understandable picture of each member's benefits realized and opportunities missed through the MRA program.
• Take inbound phone calls/emails from existing customers to correct issues, provide consultative support, give direction and actionable feedback, and address needs.
• Provide timely and accurate response to inquiries and efficient resolution to and documentation of issues and activity.
• Provide written summaries of detailed reports and document customers accounts.
• Contact customers on ACR opportunities and document customers' accounts.
