About The Position

The position is for rehires at a production facility in Pocahontas, AR. The role involves complying with all company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and plant-specific rules. Employees will inspect products for defects, work at a safe pace to maintain efficient production, and understand the specifications for each product. The job requires safe handling of knives and other equipment, compliance with job hazard analysis and safety regulations, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and plant-specific rules.
• Inspect all products for defects, both naturally and unnaturally occurring.
• Work at a safe pace necessary to maintain efficient production at all times.
• Know and understand specifications/requirements for each product.
• Safely work with and around knives, scissors, and other equipment.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable departmental and facility job hazard analysis (JHA) and job safety analysis (JSA).
• Maintain compliance with all food safety, HACCP, and OSHA regulations.
• Work well with a team and independently.
• Be available to work overtime when necessary to meet production needs.
