Work involves assisting in the development, implementation, and execution of a planned and assigned program of rehabilitative therapy. Assists with assigning and/or providing guidance to other staff. Assists in training all new rehabilitation staff. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
