As a full-time Rehabilitation Specialist, you will utilize psychiatric rehabilitation best practices, including evidence-based employment practices, to assess participants' needs. You will emphasize a Copa WorkFirst! Philosophy to help individuals reach their desired outcomes. Your role will involve educating and assisting participants in identifying the resources needed to obtain and maintain employment, including facilitating groups and workshops at the Campus. You will provide limited job coaching until services can be obtained from an employment provider agency. Additionally, you will work in partnership with assigned Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors and community rehabilitation program providers to assist consumers in engaging in meaningful community activities or employment. You will also guide and train Case Managers on making referrals and coordinating services for psychosocial rehabilitation activities, along with other related duties as assigned.
