About The Position

This role will provide operational, clinical and leadership oversight of multiple Pain Management Programs within our outpatient clinics. The Rehabilitation Services Regional Manager will play a key role in the day to day operations that will enable our teams to deliver successful patient outcomes and comprehensive pain management care. This role will also have a strong collaboration to our Clinical Operation Teams. This position can sit at any of our clinics as long as they are willing to travel to the specific region.

Requirements

  • Current CA License in Physical Therapy/ chiropractic care/mental health
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experienced in related field preferred
  • Master’s Degree within an allied health field preferred, BA Required
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to type 45+ wpm
  • Proficient in Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Electronic medical record systems
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to follow directives

  • Efficient with time management
  • Experience working in a medical setting
  • Previous Practice Management/Supervisory Experience

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the VP of Rehab Services to meet business objectives
  • Create presentations, summaries, and action plans to reflect current performance status and future projections, as needed and upon request by the VP of Rehabilitation Services
  • Responsible for overseeing the development of programs that support an organization’s main objectives
  • Responsible for daily oversight of clinical programs and ensure the accomplishment of the established goals.
  • Oversee and manage P&L budgets for clinical programs and collaborate with leadership as necessary
  • Collaborate with VP of RS regarding annual budgets to ensure successful execution of programs
  • Evaluating and assessing the programs’ strengths and weaknesses
  • Monitor projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met
  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
  • Participate in Performance Improvement Evaluations (PIE) to ensure consistency and collaboration throughout region
  • Effectively communicates program goals and advises staff on how to achieve successful results. Reviews progress to goal achievement daily to ensure practice remains on track.
  • Oversight of all processes and procedures as it pertains to compliance, standards and best practices
  • Analyzes daily office workload and workflow to identify continued process improvement
  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials for all staff within the program
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive key IPM initiatives and goals, and effectively coordinate efforts to achieve them while also providing key business updates as needed to be distributed to key stakeholders
  • Supports the clinic with performance MDE’s and support Groups Sessions as needed , Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct report
  • Will require commuting to multiple locations throughout the week in the regional territory
