Garnet Health System provides a compensation range to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits. When determining a team member’s compensation and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity)

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Successful completion of business courses preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic preferred.
  • Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to interact effectively with customers, fellow employees, and the public.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Must have basic computer keyboarding and data entry skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Successful completion of business courses preferred.
  • Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the registration of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy and Audiology outpatients

  • other general office duties
