Garnet Health System provides a compensation range to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits. When determining a team member’s compensation and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity)
Requirements
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Successful completion of business courses preferred.
- Minimum Experience: Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic preferred.
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to interact effectively with customers, fellow employees, and the public.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Must have basic computer keyboarding and data entry skills.
Nice To Haves
- Successful completion of business courses preferred.
- Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic preferred.
