As the first point of contact at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute, the Rehabilitation Services Coordinator creates a welcoming experience for patients and clients. You manage check-in, verify accurate records and demographics, and schedule future appointments—helping ensure a smooth start to each patient’s rehabilitation journey. Key Position Details: FTE 1.0 (80 hours per two week pay period) 8/12-hour combination day/evening shift - hours between 6:15a - 6:30p Mon-Fri No weekends Traveling role with mileage reimbursement for business travel; home base for mileage tracking is Courage Kenny Sports & Physical Therapy – Woodbury Provides coverage for approximately 20 clinics across the east and south regions of Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute. Float Pay Premium: Rehabilitation Services Coordinators receive an additional $0.70/hour for hours worked while floating to other sites. This premium does not apply during PTO or leave of absence. If transitioning to a non‑float role, base pay remains unchanged, but the float premium ends. First point of contact for patients or clients receiving services in the Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute. Ensuring the check-in process, department records and demographic information is complete and accurate. Schedules appointments for future visits.
