About The Position

Regions Inpatient Rehab department has an opportunity available for an individual with exceptional customer service skills to join the team in a Rehab Scheduling Coordinator position. To provide patient appointment scheduling and customer service functions with a personable and professional manner. These functions primarily include scheduling and coordinating therapy appointments using EPIC, responding to phone and in-basket requests, and supporting staffing supervisors to alert of current daily needs. Requirements

  • Two years’ experience in a direct customer/patient service position.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years post-secondary education in Health Care or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Prefer experience with electronic medical record
  • Healthcare scheduling is preferred, five years is strongly preferred
  • EPIC experience strongly preferred
