About The Position

At Medical Alternatives Rehabilitation Center, we pride ourselves on the level of care we provide for both our residents and staff. We are currently seeking a creative and experienced Job Coach to join our team! The Job Coach to provide structure and supervise persons with traumatic brain injuries in a vocational/therapeutic setting. Job coaches will be required to coach, instruct, and delegate tasks to TBI associates based on their aptitude and interests. Applicants that have a proclivity for art, music, technology, or handy work are preferred. Our person-centered approach benefits our employees and the individuals we serve! Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Greater than or equal to one year of experience working in human services
Tutoring/Teaching
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Provide structure and supervise persons with traumatic brain injuries in a vocational/therapeutic setting.
Coach, instruct, and delegate tasks to TBI associates based on their aptitude and interests.
Provide direct care to TBI associates when necessary
Assist with warehouse tasks in both heat and cold
