About The Position
The Rehabilitation Director is responsible for organizing, developing, and directing occupational, physical, and speech therapy services.
Requirements
- Current state licensure in the field of practice (PT), in good standing.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Works collaboratively with other health care professionals within and outside of the facility to achieve department and facility goals.
- Supports direct care services through staff education, training, competencies, and quality assurance.
- Assists with the planning and developing of the rehabilitation departments’ budgets.
- Develops and maintains rehabilitation policies and procedure manuals.
