Prime Time House’s Clubhouse helps its members to attain employment, education, life skills, and overall, a better quality of life. Prime Time House is a non-traditional mental health program that utilizes work as its intervention in helping its members reach their goals and re-integrate into the community. Program staff help members set and achieve personal goals, emphasize members' strengths and abilities, and ensure that each member has access to quality mental health care by connecting them to community providers for medication management, individual counseling, outpatient treatment options, vocational, and educational services. Interested candidates should possess an understanding of serious mental illness, have a passion for excellence, a positive attitude, and enjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Candidates are culturally and trauma responsive, gender affirming, recovery oriented, person centered, situationally aware, open minded, have excellent communication skills, a sense of humor, are growth oriented, solution focused and patient. A valid driver’s license is required, and the candidate will need to complete agency driving training to provide transportation to participants in an agency van. Candidate must be comfortable preparing lunch in a commercial kitchen, while engaging members in the process. Excellent communication skills, and comfort working with technology, including MS Office and Electronic Health Record and also comfortable learning new technology and programs.
